- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Yeast active dry
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and cinnamon.
2. In another bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then fold in the raisins.
5. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy!
