  3. Cover the bowl and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  5. Shape the dough into loaves and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
