- 2 cups tapioca flour
- 1 cup grated cheese (Parmesan or similar)
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, heat milk, butter, and salt until boiling.
Remove from heat and add tapioca flour, stirring until smooth.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Stir in the grated cheese.
Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
