  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk, butter, and salt until boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and add tapioca flour, stirring until smooth.
  4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Stir in the grated cheese.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
