- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
- ½ cup Warm water
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add flour, milk, vegetable oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough, shape it into buns, and place them on a baking sheet. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the buns for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
