- 2 cups Almond flour
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 Large eggs
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Add the melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
