Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vegetable oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and minced chipotle peppers.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
