- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Grated carrots
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 2 units Eggs
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and thyme.
Add grated carrots, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
