  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 units Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and thyme.
  3. Add grated carrots, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
