Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mashed Bananas
- 1 cup Grated Carrots
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, grated carrots, vegetable oil, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
