Cardamom Currant and Cashew Bread

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground cardamom
- 1 cup Currants
- ½ cup Chopped cashews
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cardamom, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the currants and cashews.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
