Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Candied fruits chopped
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 2 units Eggs beaten
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Add the milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
Fold in the chopped candied fruits.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
