  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Candied fruits chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 2 units Eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add the milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the chopped candied fruits.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
