Buttermilk Honey Wheat Bread

- 3 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk, honey, melted butter, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped. Let it cool before slicing.
