Main Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk Warm
- ½ cup Butter Melted
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add flour and salt to the mixture. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with additional melted butter if desired.
