  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 4 Bananas ripe and mashed
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and mashed bananas to the bowl, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
