  • 1 cup Tapioca starch
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water Warm
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Yeast Active dry

Instructions

  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown rice flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. 3. Add warm water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and yeast. Mix until well combined.

  5. 5. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. 6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
