- 2 cups Brown rice flour
- 1 cup Tapioca starch
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 cup Water Warm
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Yeast Active dry
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown rice flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3. Add warm water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and yeast. Mix until well combined.
4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
5. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
