Dough Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups Warm water
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into two portions. Roll each portion into a thin crust.
Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet, add your favorite toppings, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
