Bread Machine Pumpernickel Bread Recipe
This is a simple and delicious pumpernickel bread recipe made using a bread machine.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoon Molasses
- 1.5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Bread Flour
- 1 cup Rye Flour
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoon Caraway Seeds
- 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
Add all ingredients to the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select the Basic or White Bread setting, and press Start.
Once the baking cycle is complete, remove the bread from the machine and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
