Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup milk warm
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients to the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Select the dough cycle and start.
  3. Once the cycle is complete, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
  4. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into rolls.
  5. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
