Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Barley Flour
  • 1 cup Millet Flour
  • ¼ cup Lentils cooked and mashed
  • ¼ cup Kidney Beans cooked and mashed
  • ¼ cup Pinto Beans cooked and mashed
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions 

  1. Add water, olive oil, and honey to the bread machine pan.
  2. Add whole wheat flour, barley flour, and millet flour on top of the liquids.
  3. Add the cooked and mashed lentils, kidney beans, and pinto beans.
  4. Add salt and yeast.
  5. Select the whole wheat setting on your bread machine and start.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
