Brandied Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- ½ cup Brandy
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brandy, and vegetable oil.
Add eggs and mix well.
In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
