Bran Bread Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Wheat bran
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- ½ cup Molasses
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine wheat bran and buttermilk. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add molasses to the bran mixture and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
