Bread Dough
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Instant yeast
- ½ cup Warm milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
Filling
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add pumpkin puree, warm milk, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the shredded cheese and garlic powder evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough into a log and then cut it lengthwise. Braid the two pieces together and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
