Ingredients 

Bread Dough

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • ½ cup Warm milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, warm milk, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the shredded cheese and garlic powder evenly over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough into a log and then cut it lengthwise. Braid the two pieces together and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
