Boston Brown Bread

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- ½ cup molasses
1. Grease a loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, rye flour, cornmeal, baking soda, and salt.
3. Stir in buttermilk and molasses until just combined.
4. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
5. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a steamer.
6. Steam for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Let cool before slicing.
