Ingredients 

Bread

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen

Crumb Topping

  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup Butter cold, cubed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, oil, vanilla, and egg. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  5. For the crumb topping, mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
