- 3 pcs Ripe bananas
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 pcs Eggs
- ¼ cup Black sesame seeds
- ½ cup Chopped walnuts
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
Stir in the sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the black sesame seeds and chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
