Biga Ingredients

  • 300 g All-purpose flour
  • 180 ml Water Room temperature
  • 1 g Instant yeast

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and yeast.
  2. Add water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it ferment at room temperature for 12 hours.
