Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Diced onion sautéed
  • 2 units Jalapenos diced
  • 1 bottle Beer
  • ¼ cup Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add cheese, sautéed onions, and diced jalapenos. Mix well.
  4. Pour in the beer and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Drizzle melted butter on top.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
