Beer Onion Jalapeno Cheese Bread
A flavorful bread with beer, onions, jalapenos, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Diced onion sautéed
- 2 units Jalapenos diced
- 1 bottle Beer
- ¼ cup Melted butter
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add cheese, sautéed onions, and diced jalapenos. Mix well.
Pour in the beer and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Drizzle melted butter on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing.
