Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add yogurt, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten into a disc.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
