- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Milk Warm
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Butter Melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 packet Yeast Active dry
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add melted butter and salt to the mixture. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a bun and place on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
