Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Mixed dried fruits
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, dried fruits, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
