Banana Crumb Bread

- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mashed bananas about 3 bananas
- 0.75 cup white sugar
- 0.3 cup butter melted
Crumb Topping
- 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter cold
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
