  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, and beaten egg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in the dried cranberries.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
