Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add honey.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces, shape each into a ball, and poke a hole in the center to form a bagel shape.
Boil each bagel for 1-2 minutes on each side, then place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
