Main Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs separated
- 1 medium Avocado mashed
- ¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, mashed avocado, and salt until smooth.
Gently fold the egg whites into the avocado mixture until well combined.
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 8 small rounds.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
