- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 Ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix mashed avocados, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
