Traditional Australian soda bread, simple and quick to make.

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups Self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter chilled and cubed
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Gradually add the milk, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Shape the dough into a round loaf and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the damper sounds hollow when tapped.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
