Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped apples.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
