- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup apple cider
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together apple cider, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
