Apple Cheddar Bread Recipe

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Diced apples peeled and cored
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the grated cheddar cheese and diced apples.
In another bowl, mix milk, beaten egg, and vegetable oil.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
