Apple Cheddar and Rosemary Beer Bread

- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Diced apple
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 bottle Beer
- 2 tablespoon Melted butter
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the cheddar cheese, diced apple, and rosemary to the flour mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour in the beer and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
