Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the melted coconut oil. Mix well.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
