  • 500 g Sourdough Starter
  • 300 g All-purpose Flour
  • 200 ml Water
  • 10 g Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the sourdough starter, flour, water, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  3. 3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 3-4 hours.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  5. 5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  6. 6. Cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. 7. Let the bread cool before slicing.
