Afghan Sweet Bread Recipe
This is a traditional Afghan sweet bread, perfect for tea time or as a dessert.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk Warm
- ½ cup Butter Melted
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add sugar, melted butter, and salt to the mixture. Stir well.
3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking tray.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool before slicing.
